Diabetes, Asthma, COPD Reviews, Immunisations and Smears:
Book with the Nurse and Practice Pharmacist (*note: Practice Pharmacist will not do Smears).
Child Vaccinations:
Available with the Nurse at the GP surgery. You can call to see if your child is eligible. You will also be invited by the Practice Team as per NHS England's Vaccination schedule. If patients of all ages including children, have been vaccinated overseas, please bring us evidence of this and we will update your vaccination history on our clinical system. NOTE: In some instances, vaccines may need to be repeated as advised by our clinical team and NHS England's guidance.
Adult Vaccines:
We offer Shingles, RSV and Pneumococcal vaccines all year round. Influenza vaccines are offered in Winter Months only. Covid-19 Booster vaccines are offered in the Spring and Winter only, as per current NHS England Guidance.
Blood tests, NHS Health Checks and Blood Pressure Monitoring - plus Shingles, B12, Flu and Pneumonia Vaccinations:
Book with the Health Care Assistant or Trainee Nurse Associate
Hypertension/blood pressure reviews:
Book with the Physician’s Associate
Covid-19 and Flu Vaccinations:
Book into available seasonal clinics.
Mental Health appointments:
These will be booked for you with our Mental Health Specialist Nurse if required.
Learning Disability Reviews:
Book with our GPs.
Dementia Reviews:
Book with our GPs.
Family Planning
These conversations can happen with a Nurse or a Doctor.

Morning after contraception is available from pharmacies after a consultation with the pharmacist.

Counselling
Counselling is available through Huntley Mount by referral from the doctor when urgent and by self-referring to Healthy Minds: https://www.penninecare.nhs.uk/burytalk
