If you need medical assistance or advice outside of our normal opening hours please call NHS 111.

You can also speak to your local pharmacy.

Alternatively you can call BARDOC on 0161 763 4242. At BARDOC you can get advice from a nurse or doctor, or they can arrange to see you in one of their clinics if this is appropriate. Alternatively they can arrange a home visit, or arrange an ambulance if this is deemed necessary.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
